Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scalable backend applications using Node.js and MongoDB.
• Design and implement efficient data models, collections, and database schemas in MongoDB.
• Build RESTful APIs and server-side components using Express.js (where applicable).
• Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements with backend logic.
• Optimize database queries and application performance for scalability and reliability.
• Implement security and data protection measures.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and technical improvements.

Skills Required:

• Strong hands-on experience with MongoDB (aggregation framework, indexing, performance tuning).
• Proficiency in Node.js and JavaScript/ES6+.
• Experience in NoSQL database design and schema modeling.
• Working knowledge of Express.js framework.
• Understanding of REST API development and integration.
• Familiarity with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
• Experience with version control tools like Git.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
