Description

You will design, architect, and guide the development of backend platforms and API services that support enterprise-level Cutover capabilities. This role requires deep expertise in Python and distributed system design to ensure reliable execution of system cutovers and large-scale infrastructure upgrades.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and develop backend APIs and services using Python, Flask, and Gunicorn.
• Implement and support enterprise-scale REST/SOAP web services.
• Drive automation-driven solutions for architectural transitions and complex design changes.
• Manage Python environments, dependencies, and package maintenance.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, UI engineers, and DevOps groups to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional Python development experience with advanced object-oriented design.
• 8+ years of experience architecting and developing backend APIs/services.
• Proficiency with Flask and Gunicorn frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Linux environments.
• Strong knowledge of version control systems (Git or SVN).
• Proficiency in CI/CD tools like Jenkins and Ansible.
• Bash scripting for automation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with distributed system design.
• Background in supporting large-scale infrastructure upgrades.
