Description

You will design, build, and optimize document-oriented NoSQL databases, ensuring scalability and high performance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect scalable NoSQL document schemas based on application workload and access patterns.
• Develop, debug, and optimize complex queries and aggregation pipelines for high performance.
• Monitor system health and optimize database read/write speeds using caching or index strategies.
• Configure and maintain replica sets and sharded clusters to ensure high availability and disaster recovery.
• Implement database security protocols, role-based access control, and data encryption.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in database development and administration.
• Deep expertise in MongoDB and document-oriented NoSQL databases.
• Strong proficiency in schema design, query optimization, and aggregation pipelines.
• Experience with sharding, replication, and cluster management.
• Familiarity with Hadoop and Informatica for data integration and ETL processes.
• Ability to implement robust security and backup strategies for NoSQL systems.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with large-scale distributed data systems.
• Background in performance tuning for high-throughput environments.
