Description

You will design, build, and maintain backend services using MongoDB for data persistence and complex data modeling.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement MongoDB schemas with efficient document modeling strategies.
• Optimize queries, manage indexing, and perform performance tuning to ensure low latency.
• Develop and maintain APIs and backend services using Node.js, Java, or Python.
• Utilize the MongoDB Aggregation Framework and manage multi-document transactions.
• Support database operations including replication, sharding, backup, and restore processes.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience with MongoDB schema design and document modeling.
• Strong expertise in indexing strategies and performance tuning.
• Proficiency with the Aggregation Framework and transaction management.
• Hands-on experience with replication, sharding, and backup/restore processes.
• Working knowledge of MongoDB Ops Manager and Atlas.
• Ability to build APIs and backend services using Node.js, Java, and Python.
• Strong skills in query optimization and performance profiling.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with distributed database systems at scale.
