Description

You will design, develop, and implement MongoDB database solutions to meet organizational needs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement MongoDB databases with a focus on architecture and performance optimization.
• Develop applications that integrate with MongoDB using Python, Java, or C#.
• Manage database performance by optimizing queries, indexes, and core database features.
• Implement security protocols including encryption and access control to protect data.
• Troubleshoot and resolve database issues to minimize system downtime.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in database development.
• Deep understanding of MongoDB architecture and implementation.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or C#.
• Experience with query and index optimization.
• Ability to implement database security and access control.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.

Preferred Skills

• Mentor junior developers and share technical expertise across the team.
