Description

You will design, build, and maintain MongoDB-powered applications and data storage solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement data pipelines, storage solutions, and application systems.
• Implement B-Tree, Geospatial, and Text indexes to optimize system performance.
• Develop API prototypes and proofs of concept.
• Manage application releases, including development, testing, deployment, and post-release validation.
• Maintain application stability and technical documentation.

Required Skills

• 4-8 years of experience in application development or systems analysis.
• Hands-on expertise with NoSQL and MongoDB.
• Experience designing and implementing data pipelines and storage architectures.
• Proficiency using MMS and Mongo Profiler to detect and resolve performance issues.
• Proven ability to manage and deliver successful projects.
• Subject Matter Expertise in at least one area of application development.
• Demonstrated leadership and project management skills.
• Experience maintaining technical documentation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with API development and prototyping.
• Strong background in systems analysis and programming activities.
