Description

Manage and support NoSQL database operations and automation. You will own the release pipeline for database infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Run automation playbooks to handle day-to-day database operations.
• Perform MongoDB installation, configuration, and performance tuning on Linux.
• Optimize queries and troubleshoot performance-related issues.
• Analyze error logs and manage daily backup tasks.
• Execute daily operational tasks using Linux commands.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with MongoDB installation and configuration.
• Proficiency in Linux environments and command-line operations.
• Strong understanding of NoSQL database structures.
• Experience with NoSQL database management.
• Knowledge of SQL versus NoSQL differences.
• Experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible, Chef, Puppet, or Salt stack.
• Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Alert Manager, Grafana, or Dynatrace.
• Background in banking sector environments.
• Experience with Aerospike database.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in database performance optimization and troubleshooting.
