Lead MongoDB migration initiatives and platform management for the engineering team.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute MongoDB migration projects.
• Analyze data requirements and business processes to recommend solutions.
• Support production issues and perform MongoDB platform upgrades.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for applications and integrations.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of overall experience working with MongoDB.
• Proven experience in MongoDB migration projects.
• Hands-on experience supporting production issues.
• Proficiency with MongoDB and familiarity with the full SDLC lifecycle.
• Ability to analyze data and business processes to recommend best-practice solutions.
• Experience maintaining detailed technical documentation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in end-to-end ETL implementation.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
