Own the global monitoring strategy, tool rollout, and support for multi-tiered banking applications, cloud, and container infrastructure.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Architect and support monitoring solutions for Windows/Unix OS, web servers, middleware, and databases.
• Roll out strategic monitoring tools across Banking APS applications and manage major incident management.
• Setup and maintain monitoring for applications on Cloud and Containers infrastructure.
• Host demos, training sessions, and prepare operational manuals to drive tool adoption across teams.
• Serve as the SME for monitoring tools within the global monitoring strategy.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in production systems architecture or support roles.
• Proven experience with Dynatrace, Tivoli, Splunk, Sitescope, and Catchpoint.
• Strong knowledge of N-Tier Architecture, including Webserver, Middleware, and Database layers.
• Proficiency in Java and/or .NET programming languages.
• Experience with monitoring Microsoft Teams, Co-pilot, and M365.
• Familiarity with shell scripts and OS-based infrastructure services.
• 4-year college degree required.

Preferred Skills

• 2+ years of development or architecture experience for multi-tiered business applications.
