Description

You will own the monitoring infrastructure across global on-premises and cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support enterprise monitoring solutions in a hybrid global environment.
• Maintain monitoring tools across on-premises and cloud deployments.
• Administer monitoring software to ensure visibility across hybrid infrastructure.
• Support observability workflows within highly regulated environments.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in monitoring tool support and management.
• Advanced knowledge of HP Operations Manager and Microfocus SiteScope.
• Experience with AWS services including EC2, Lambda, and S3.
• Proficiency in Python, Go, or shell scripting (bash, PowerShell).
• Working knowledge of Prometheus and Grafana.
• Experience with VMware, Windows, and Linux operating systems.
• Familiarity with InfluxDB.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combined higher education and work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure or Google Cloud providers.
• Prior experience working in highly regulated environments.
