Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design and implement monitoring solutions using AppDynamics and ThousandEyes, including monitoring setup and optimization.
• Prepare and present HLD/LLD for monitoring requirements and influence design recommendations with stakeholders.
• Independently understand monitoring requirements and configure monitoring accordingly with minimal training.
• Apply ITIL processes to support service management activities and operational readiness.
• Estimate and plan work based on Product Backlog inputs and collaborate with stakeholders to fulfill monitoring demands.

Skills Required:

• 6-12 years of relevant experience in monitoring and service management.
• AppDynamics monitoring tool understanding and hands-on monitoring design/implementation.
• ThousandEyes monitoring tool understanding, including synthetic monitoring setup and optimization.
• ITIL process knowledge for service management and operational workflows.
• ServiceNow experience for integrating monitoring outcomes into service management processes.
• Agile experience to support backlog-based planning and execution.

Good to Have:

• JavaScript scripting knowledge.
• ServiceNow knowledge (additional exposure).

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
