Description

You will own the monitoring infrastructure, ensuring full visibility into application and system performance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and maintain Dynatrace and Splunk solutions in production environments.
• Manage service requests and incidents using ServiceNow and Jira.
• Support client device management and builds using SCCM, Jamf, or Intune/Autopilot.
• Operate independently to ensure optimal system performance and reliability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in monitoring or systems engineering.
• Hands-on expertise with Dynatrace.
• Experience with Splunk for log analysis and monitoring.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow or Jira for service desk management.
• Experience with client management tools such as SCCM or Jamf.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Autopilot or Intune.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent graduate education.
