Description

You will design, build, and maintain enterprise-level learning management systems using Moodle and PHP.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement responsive, multi-tenant scalable Moodle architectures.
• Develop custom themes and extend core features by writing new plugins.
• Integrate third-party systems via API implementations and Web Services (SOA).
• Write scripts to automate Moodle routines and processes.
• Analyze business processes to resolve technical issues in Moodle/PHP implementations.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of direct experience with Moodle LMS.
• 5+ years of experience with the LAMP stack (Linux, PHP, MySQL, Apache).
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, CSS, HTML, and XHTML.
• Experience with XML data structures and Web Services (SOA).
• Proven experience using the Moodle API and integrating third-party systems.
• Expertise in customizing Moodle modules and functionalities.
• Ability to work with various Moodle plugins and core system extensions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing and optimizing MySQL databases within a Linux environment.
