Description

You will administer IBM MQ environments across distributed platforms.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Administer IBM Distributed MQ environments, including APM6 and OBM configurations.
• Configure and manage MQ security settings.
• Develop scripts to automate MQ operations.
• Troubleshoot issues related to MQ performance and connectivity.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as an IBM Distributed MQ Administrator.
• In-depth knowledge of IBM MQ concepts.
• Proficiency in administering MQ on distributed platforms.
• Hands-on experience with APM6 and OBM configurations for MQ.
• Experience with scripting for automation.
• Strong troubleshooting capabilities.
• Knowledge of networking concepts as they relate to MQ.
