Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement enterprise-level MQ architectures.

Lead modernization and optimization of existing MQ environments.

Configure, secure, and monitor MQ queues, topics, and channels.

Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to align solutions.

Provide performance tuning, automation, and root cause analysis.

Required Skills:

Strong hands-on experience in IBM MQ architecture, installation, and administration.

Expertise in high availability, disaster recovery, and performance tuning.

Proficiency in integration using Java/.NET/REST APIs, and scripting (Python, Ansible, etc.).

Excellent communication and leadership skills.
