Description

You will lead SAP MRS implementations and manage integrations between SAP HCM and external modules.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end SAP MRS configurations within an SAP HCM environment.
• Manage Business Integration Builder (BIB) configurations to connect SAP HCM with SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Oversee integrations between SAP HCM and modules including Fieldglass and MRS.
• Maintain SAP MRS at the database level to ensure data integrity.
• Handle direct client communication and technical requirements gathering.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in SAP HCM with at least 4 end-to-end implementations.
• 4-5+ years of experience in SAP MRS with an SAP HCM background.
• Hands-on experience with SAP MRS configuration.
• Deep understanding of SAP MRS at the database level.
• Proficiency in Business Integration Builder (BIB) for SAP HCM to SuccessFactors Employee Central integration.
• Experience integrating SAP HCM with SuccessFactors and Fieldglass.
• Any graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Direct experience working within SuccessFactors.
• Experience working on SAP CPI.
