Description

You will manage and optimize the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem and integrated business applications.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain D365 F&O and Commerce systems, including security roles, user permissions, and system settings.
• Extend application capabilities by creating new entities, forms, workflows, and reports.
• Manage data migrations, data cleansing, and system integrations with external applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define solutions, and contribute to the technology roadmap.
• Monitor system performance and provide guidance on best practices for operational engagement.

Required Skills

• Minimum 4 years of practical experience in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem (can substitute for a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field).
• Experience with Dynamics application architecture and designing custom workflows.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Hands-on experience with Dataverse.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and database management systems.
• Ability to perform requirements analysis and understand complex business processes.

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications.
• Advanced SQL skills for data review, troubleshooting, and report development.
• Experience with SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365 services, and automated data exchange via EDI or flat files.
• Previous experience working within a non-profit organization.
