Description

You will manage user access and infrastructure support within a 24/7 rotational shift environment in Pune.

Responsibilities

• Add, remove, and manage users, computers, and printers in Active Directory.
• Create Organizational Units (OU) and grant appropriate rights and group memberships.
• Process and resolve service requests using ticketing tools.
• Assist with software installation processes and basic server maintenance.
• Communicate status updates and technical issues clearly to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• Experience with user access management and Active Directory administration.
• Basic knowledge of Windows Server environments.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems such as Remedy, Track-IT, or CA Service Desk.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts in a 24/7 support model.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Unix, AIX, or PowerShell scripting.
