Description

You will manage user access, identity permissions, and Active Directory operations in a 24/7 IT service environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage user, computer, and printer objects within Active Directory.
• Create Organizational Units (OUs) and assign specific access rights.
• Add users and computers to appropriate security groups.
• Handle software installation processes as required.
• Respond to tickets in a 24/7 rotational shift environment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT service operations.
• Strong understanding of user access management principles.
• Knowledge of Windows Server environments.
• Familiarity with ticketing tools such as Remedy, Track-IT, or CA.
• Ability to work in a 24/7 rotational shift environment.
• Strong communication skills.
• Foundational knowledge of software installation processes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Unix, PowerShell, or AIX.
