Description

Lead the architectural design and implementation of enterprise-level Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements with stakeholders to define functional specifications and strategic CRM usage.
• Propose design approaches for system architecture, data integration, and migration on Dynamics CRM/365 projects.
• Drive a team of developers to deliver complete solutions based on business logic and existing applications.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and architects to ensure cohesive system design.
• Lead offshore teams from an onshore position to ensure successful project delivery.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience implementing large packaged MS CRM applications.
• 10+ years of hands-on Microsoft Dynamics CRM design and development experience.
• Proven track record of architecting at least 5 large Microsoft Dynamics CRM projects.
• Expertise in C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript, SQL, and SSRS.
• Hands-on experience with Power Platform and Azure tools and technologies.
• Deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics architecture, implementation, and deployment.
• Experience working within Agile development methodologies.
• Strong proficiency in SSRS and CRM reporting.
