Description

Lead the architecture and delivery of enterprise-level Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions, managing end-to-end design, development, and team coordination.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements with stakeholders to define functional specifications and strategic CRM usage.
• Propose design approaches for system architecture, data integration, and migration within Dynamics CRM/365.
• Develop architecture designs and functional solutions that meet complex business requirements.
• Lead a team of developers to deliver end-to-end solutions and drive offshore teams from an onshore location.
• Collaborate with business analysts and architects to ensure cohesive system integration.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience implementing large packaged MS CRM applications.
• 10+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM design and development.
• Proven track record of architecting at least 5 large Microsoft Dynamics CRM projects.
• Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, Javascript, SQL, and Dynamics CRM.
• Experience developing web services and database applications.
• Hands-on experience with Power Platform and Azure tools and technologies.
• Strong knowledge of SSRS and CRM Reports.
• Experience working within Agile development methodologies.
