Description

Act as a functional consultant and business analyst for Microsoft Dynamics Sales and CRM implementations.

Since is_remote, hybrid, and on_site are all 0, no work-mode line is included.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements to define CRM processes and functional specifications.
• Configure Microsoft Dynamics Sales to meet specific organizational needs.
• Automate business processes using the Power Platform.
• Bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical requirements.
• Perform business analyst functions to support implementation goals.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in functional consulting or business analysis.
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Sales.
• Strong understanding of general CRM concepts.
• Hands-on experience with Power Platform for process automation.
• Degree in any field of study.
• Business Analyst

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Power Automate and Power Apps.
