Description

Design and implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions to meet specific business requirements.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and document functional designs and technical specifications.
• Build and configure CRM forms, views, dashboards, and workflows.
• Develop custom plugins, scripts, and integrations using C# and JavaScript.
• Design solution architectures addressing interface, performance, and business logic needs.
• Manage data mapping and migration processes from external systems into MS CRM.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 2016/365 CRM.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, and JavaScript for CRM customizations.
• Experience with SQL Server and SSRS.
• Strong knowledge of HTML and web technologies.
• Experience integrating Dynamics with O365, SharePoint, and OneDrive/OneNote.
• Hands-on experience with CRM API, REST/ODATA, and SOAP endpoints.
• Experience with Data Export Service and ETL technologies for data extraction.
• Ability to create technical estimates for implementation tasks.
