Description

You serve as a functional expert driving Dynamics 365 and Power Platform implementations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and validate requirement fitment within the Dynamics ecosystem.
• Lead functional design discussions with clients to bridge business needs and technical execution.
• Prepare detailed functional documentation for all project phases.
• Support SIT, CRPs, UAT, and production cutover activities.
• Manage customizations and configurations following D365 best practices.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Dynamics CRM, specifically covering Sales, Marketing, Field Services, and Project Operations.
• Deep expertise in the Power Platform.
• Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 customizations and configurations.
• Proven ability to lead functional design workshops with business stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 implementation best practices.
• Ability to travel for business needs and onsite project support.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in any field (Graduate).
