Description

You will design, implement, and oversee enterprise CRM solutions built on Microsoft Dynamics 365.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions aligned with business requirements and industry best practices.
• Develop architecture plans covering system integration, data migration, and customization strategies.
• Collaborate with IT, sales, and customer service teams to ensure seamless implementation and adoption.
• Manage project risks, dependencies, and conflicts while providing status updates to stakeholders.
• Monitor project performance and prepare detailed technical documentation and reports.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in CRM architecture and implementation.
• Deep technical expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Proven track record designing and implementing large-scale, complex CRM solutions.
• Strong understanding of system integration and data migration strategies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Jira, or Asana.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s degree in a technical field.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 or CRM architecture certifications.
