Description

You will provide technical solutioning and configuration for Microsoft Dynamics 365 environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales (v.9), including entity customization, workflows, and form design.
• Develop and deploy custom coded processes using C#.
• Manage data import and export tasks within the Dynamics ecosystem.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and implement effective solutions for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality technical results.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in technical consulting or related roles.
• Deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales (v.9) configuration and features.
• Proficiency in C# for developing custom processes.
• Ability to read and write JavaScript, HTML, and SQL.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, specifically Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Basic understanding of Azure Data Factory (ADF) and Logic Apps.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutioning and best practices.
• Degree in any graduate field.

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft Dynamics certifications, such as MB-210.
• Experience using Zendesk and Jira.
