Description

You will design, configure, and extend Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement applications.

Responsibilities

• Build and extend Dynamics 365 Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Field Service apps.
• Prepare technical architecture, design specifications, and related documentation.
• Execute unit testing, system testing, and support user acceptance testing.
• Manage code propagation, defect fixing, and user training.
• Complete assigned development tasks within defined timelines.

Required Skills

• 2-3 years of direct experience working with Dynamics 365 CE Apps.
• Hands-on experience configuring and designing Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Power Platform components.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics and Microsoft Power Apps.
• Core development skills in .NET and C#.
• Experience using Azure DevOps.

Preferred Skills

• Integration experience connecting Dynamics 365 CE with external systems.
• Proficiency in Azure components including Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, and Azure Functions.
• Microsoft Certification: Power Apps + Dynamics 365 Developer Associate.
