Description

Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions to ensure high performance and reliability.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Write well-designed, testable, and efficient code for D365 CE solutions.
• Gather and evaluate user feedback to drive product functionality improvements.
• Troubleshoot and debug systems to optimize overall performance.
• Provide code documentation and technical inputs for architectural reviews.
• Investigate new technologies and alternatives to support continuous improvement.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional IT experience.
• Working knowledge of D365, Microsoft CE, and Customer Engagement.
• Experience in an IT Consulting role.
• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with experience handling numerical data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
• High attention to detail in technical delivery.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with architectural review processes.
• Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies.
