Description

You will provide Level 3 support and configuration for a high-impact government project using Dynamics 365 CRM.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 3 support and handle occasional on-call responsibilities.
• Configure Dynamics 365 CE, including plugins and core system settings.
• Manage production deployment support and system troubleshooting.
• Document technical processes and maintain clear communication across project teams.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 CRM environments.
• Deep expertise in Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Engagement.
• Hands-on experience with Power Automate and Power Portal.
• Proficiency with the Power Platform.
• Experience using Azure DevOps for development and deployment.
• Ability to perform complex troubleshooting and technical documentation.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
