Description

Provide L2/L3 technical and functional support for Microsoft Dynamics products to corporate customers.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve complex technical and functional customer issues as the primary point of contact.
• Create reproduction scenarios to define, research, and troubleshoot customer problems.
• Develop and implement workarounds to ensure problem resolution and maintain customer confidence.
• Collaborate with cross-group peers and produce quality technical documentation.
• Take functional leadership within specific product areas or business processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant experience as a Technical/Functional Consultant or Engineer.
• Mandatory expertise in MS Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Engagement).
• Deep knowledge of business processes in Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Field Service, or Project Operations.
• Proficiency in SQL Queries.
• Experience with integration tools, specifically Power Platform integration with D365 CE.
• Strong technical writing and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts and weekends.
• Engineering or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Azure infrastructure.
• Windows Administration experience.
