Description

Develop and maintain solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, customizing workflows, plugins, and entities while building integrations with external systems using Azure Data Factory and Power Platform connectors.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Customize and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM using workflows, plugins, and custom entities.
• Build D365 CRM integrations with external systems using Azure Data Factory, Power Platform connectors, and custom APIs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve D365 CRM issues, focusing on performance optimization and data integrity.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Provide end-user training and support to ensure smooth adoption of new features.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in CRM development.
• Expertise with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Proficiency with Azure Data Factory.
• Hands-on experience with the Power Platform.
• Ability to implement data security and compliance safeguards within CRM.
• Experience participating in rigorous testing and quality assurance processes.
• Any Graduate degree.
