Description

You will develop and configure solutions within MS Dynamics 365 CRM, owning the full implementation lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and perform gap fit analysis for CRM implementations.
• Design and configure CRM solutions, extending functionality via plugins, custom workflows, and web resources.
• Integrate Dynamics CRM with external systems, including ERP, on-premise, and online environments.
• Develop custom SSRS reports and implement client-side customizations using the CRM Web API and JavaScript.
• Manage data migration processes using tools like SSIS.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with MS Dynamics 365 CRM Online.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and CRM Web API (OData/REST).
• Experience with CRM Entities, workflows, and configuration customization.
• Strong understanding of the CRM security model and core .NET technology.
• Experience integrating CRM with MS Outlook, SharePoint, O365 Administration, and AD synchronization.
• Familiarity with SSRS report creation within the CRM context.
• Experience with Java and data migration tooling (SSIS).
