Description

You will develop, configure, and maintain enterprise Dynamics 365 solutions to support business processes and end-user needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full application development life cycle, including requirements gathering, coding, unit testing, and implementation.
• Configure and maintain enterprise systems, identifying and correcting configuration issues to ensure proper operation.
• Develop and maintain Business Process Procedures (BPPs), test scripts, and technical documentation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve user concerns regarding enterprise systems, solutions, and processes.
• Monitor business processes to identify and recommend opportunities for system and process improvements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise system configuration, technical assistance, and system testing.
• Experience with standard D365 Online development, including forms, fields, views, dashboards, workflows, and plugins.
• Proficiency in writing custom .NET and plugin code for high-volume contact centers.
• Experience developing Power Apps, specifically Canvas Apps and Model-driven Apps.
• Experience setting up Power Automate and MS Flows.
• Experience with system configuration, deployments, and maintaining custom code in Azure DevOps.
• Experience developing and maintaining Dynamics Web Portals for customer self-service and real-time payments.
• Experience developing real-time integrations between CE and F&O via LogicApps.
• Experience developing and maintaining SOAP and REST APIs to integrate with 3rd party SAS applications.
• Experience with Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) and Dynamics applications.
• Experience enhancing Azure BOT framework and ChatBOT experiences.

Preferred Skills

• Experience enhancing out-of-the-box functions for General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, and Credit and Collections modules in F&O.
