Description

You will manage the full application development life cycle for enterprise systems, from requirement gathering to implementation.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain enterprise systems to support business processes and resolve configuration issues.
• Lead system work efforts by gathering requirements from user departments to meet end-user needs.
• Develop, execute, and validate test scripts and testing processes.
• Develop and maintain Business Process Procedures (BPPs) and technical documentation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve user concerns regarding enterprise solutions and processes.

Required Skills

• MS Dynamics 365 development including forms, fields, views, dashboards, workflows, and plugins.
• Writing custom .NET and plugin code for high-volume contact centers.
• Building Power Apps, including Canvas Apps and Model-driven Apps.
• Setting up Power Automate and MS Flows.
• Developing and maintaining real-time integrations between CE and F&O via LogicApps.
• Developing and maintaining SOAP and REST APIs for 3rd party SaaS integrations.
• Developing Dynamics Web Portals with real-time payment capture capabilities.
• Managing custom code within Azure DevOps.
• Experience with data import/export and system configuration/deployments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience enhancing Azure BOT framework and ChatBOT experiences.
• Experience with Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) and Knowledge Base functionalities.
• Enhancing F&O modules including General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, and Credit and Collections.
