We’re actively looking for a skilled MS Dynamics 365 Developer (not Consultant) to join our team and contribute to exciting customer service and AI-driven transformation projects.

Key Skills Required:
· MS Dynamics 365 Development (Customer Service)
· Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages)
· Exposure to Copilot / AI capabilities
· Azure (nice to have)
· MS Dynamics / Power Platform Certification (mandatory)

Important:
· Passport is Mandatory and should be valid
· Looking strictly for Developers, not Consultants

Experience:
· 9+ years in Dynamics 365 CE / Customer Service
· Strong understanding of Dataverse, workflows, business rules

What You’ll Do:
· Customize and develop Dynamics 365 Customer Service solutions
· Work on AI-powered Copilot features
· Support integrations and data flows
· Collaborate in Agile teams and contribute to end-to-end delivery
