Description

You develop and implement solutions within the MS Dynamics 365 environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and assimilate data to support and surface solutions.
• Develop technical architecture, strategy, and guidelines documentation.
• Track development progress and project deliverables against requirements.
• Participate in technical analysis and create detailed specification documents.

Required Skills

• Minimum 3 years implementing, configuring, and developing solutions using Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
• Strong proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming languages, specifically C#.
• Solid knowledge of SQL and relational database management systems.
• In-depth knowledge of CRM processes gained from complex project implementation.
• Proficiency in at least two modules of the CRM suite (e.g., Sales, Customer Service).
• Experience with the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform and Dataverse.
• Knowledge of DevOps / Agile methodologies.
• Experience utilizing Power Platform native components, Power Automate, and Power Apps.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure development and Azure DevOps.
• Microsoft certification on one or more Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE modules and Azure.
