Description

You will develop and implement technical solutions using Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze data to support and surface technical solutions.
• Develop technical architecture, strategy, and guideline documents.
• Translate business requirements into effective technical designs and specification documents.
• Own assigned work to ensure accuracy, quality, and timely delivery of project milestones.
• Communicate technical concepts and design implementations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience implementing, configuring, and developing Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions.
• Proficiency in C# and Object-Oriented Programming.
• Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform, including Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and Marketing modules.
• Experience with Dataverse.
• Proficiency in SQL and Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS).
• Experience working within Agile or DevOps methodologies.
• Ability to design applications autonomously using structured problem-solving.
• University degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Power Platform components including Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Knowledge of Power BI, Azure development, and Azure automated deployments.
• Experience with Azure DevOps or CRM processes in Manufacturing.
• Microsoft Certifications in Dynamics 365 CE modules or Azure.
