Description

Develop and maintain customer-oriented Dynamics applications and integrated enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Configure D365 Online components including forms, fields, views, dashboards, and workflows.
• Write custom .NET and plugin code to support high-volume contact center operations.
• Develop and maintain Power Apps, specifically Canvas and Model-driven applications.
• Build and manage Dynamics Web Portals for customer self-service and real-time payment capture.
• Integrate CE and F&O environments using LogicApps and maintain SOAP/REST APIs for third-party SaaS applications.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in enterprise system configuration and development.
• Deep expertise in MS Dynamics 365 Online development.
• Proficiency in writing custom .NET and plugin code.
• Hands-on experience with MS Dynamics, .NET code, SOAP, and REST APIs.
• Experience with Azure DevOps for custom code maintenance.
• Proven ability to set up Power Automate and MS Flows.
• Experience with data import/export processes within MS Dynamics.
• Technical knowledge of Computer Telephony Integration (CTI).
• Experience enhancing F&O modules including General Ledger, A/R, and Credit and Collections.

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft certifications in specified technical areas.
