Description

You will manage the full application development life cycle for enterprise systems on-site in Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities

• Execute all stages of the development life cycle, including requirements gathering, coding, unit testing, and implementation.
• Configure and maintain enterprise software to support business processes and end-user needs.
• Develop, execute, and validate test scripts and formal testing processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues, system concerns, and process errors.
• Document Business Process Procedures (BPPs) and conduct reviews to align current processes with industry best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise system development and maintenance.
• Hands-on experience with F&O.
• Proficiency in AR, BOT, and SOAP.
• Ability to lead or participate in project teams for large-scale system work efforts.
• Experience conducting business process reviews and recommending system improvements.
• Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting and resolving complex system issues.
• Experience managing the end-to-end application development life cycle.
