Description

You will manage the full application development life cycle for enterprise Dynamics systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams to gather requirements and determine system support needs for end users.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise systems to ensure proper operation and resolve configuration issues.
• Develop and execute test scripts while validating the testing process for all system changes.
• Build and maintain Business Process Procedures (BPPs), technical documentation, and user training materials.
• Monitor business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure compliance with legislative or regulatory changes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise system configuration, technical assistance, and system testing.
• Expertise in standard D365 Online development including forms, fields, views, dashboards, workflows, and plugins.
• Proficiency in writing custom .NET and plugin code for high-volume contact centers.
• Experience developing Power Apps, including both Canvas and Model-driven Apps.
• Hands-on experience with Power Automate and MS Flows.
• Ability to develop and maintain Dynamics Web Portals for customer self-service and real-time payments.
• Experience managing data imports and exports within MS Dynamics.
• Technical proficiency with SOAP, REST APIs, LogicApps, and Azure DevOps.
• Experience with Azure BOT framework and enhancing ChatBOT experiences.
