Description

You will act as a technical lead designing, developing, and implementing solutions within the Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 ecosystem.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage solutions using Dynamics 365 CRM modules including Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and Project Operations.
• Customize and implement Forms, Views, Plug-Ins, Workflows, and Business Process Flows (BPFs).
• Review and refine existing processes to align with agency and group priorities.
• Collaborate with Developers and System Engineers to execute technical requirements.
• Participate in on-call duties and provide after-hours support as required.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a D365 Technical Lead.
• 8+ years of experience with D365 customization, including Forms, Views, Plug-Ins, Workflows, and BPFs.
• 8+ years of custom development experience using .NET, JavaScript, and C#.
• 5+ years of experience with Power Platform and Dataverse.
• 4+ years of experience using standard and premium connectors with PowerApps and Power Automate.
• 4+ years of experience with DevOps in Power Platform and D365 environments.
• Experience with Power Pages.
• Any Graduate degree.
