Description

Own the provisioning, development, and maintenance of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform in Trenton, NJ.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure relational data models for Dynamics CRM solutions using best practices.
• Develop custom applications using the xRM framework, prioritizing out-of-the-box configurations over custom code.
• Lead software projects from requirement gathering and specification through testing and quality assurance.
• Troubleshoot Dynamics CRM errors and performance-related issues while maintaining technical documentation.
• Assess business processes to determine requirements and deliver design documentation, reports, and recommendations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Microsoft Dynamics CRM developer.
• 3+ years of experience designing, creating, and configuring Dynamics 2016/365 CRM solutions.
• Expertise in Dynamics 365 configurations, including entities, workflows, business process flows, and security roles.
• Proficiency in C#.NET, JavaScript, HTML, and SQL Server.
• Experience with XrmToolBox, plug-ins, ribbon workbench, and scripting.
• Hands-on experience with CRM API, REST/ODATA, and SOAP web services.
• Knowledge of O365 integration, specifically SharePoint.
• Ability to perform SSRS development for custom reporting.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with PowerAutomate, SSIS, and ADO.
