Description

You will design, develop, and maintain custom solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM ecosystem.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and build custom xRM solutions, modules, and data structures for Dynamics 2016/365.
• Develop custom code using C#.NET, JavaScript, HTML, and SQL Server, including plug-ins and form creation.
• Configure CRM settings, including business processes (BPFs), workflows, forms, security roles, and teams.
• Troubleshoot system errors and performance issues, balancing native features with custom development.

Required Skills

• 6+ years total developer experience, including 2+ years specifically with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Expertise in C#.NET, JavaScript, HTML, and SQL Server.
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 2016/365 CRM and Office 365 integration points, including SharePoint.
• Experience working with CRM API, REST/OData, and SOAP endpoints.
• Proficiency in configuring business units, security groups, and web roles.
• Knowledge of SSRS development for custom reporting.
• Ability to model new data structures based on operational requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with innovative module solutions using core CRM capabilities.
