Description

You will develop, test, and deploy solutions on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Online platform.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Customize MS Dynamics 365 by creating entities, relationships, web resources, forms, and reports.
• Write, troubleshoot, and register plugins and custom workflow activities.
• Develop interfaces and integrations between CRM and third-party software using Web API and WCF.
• Manage CI/CD processes for CRM solutions and lead code activities for Microsoft updates.
• Perform design, unit testing, and deployment for break-fix and enhancement projects.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in MS Dynamics 365 development.
• Strong knowledge of CRM industry standards and product features.
• Proficiency with Web API and WCF for application integrations.
• Experience with plugin registration tools and custom workflow activities.
• Ability to provide technical estimates for new development requests.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD processes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with C#/.NET, PowerApps (canvas and model-driven), Flow, Power BI, and Azure DevOps.
• Experience building Office 365 solutions including Power Automate.
