Description

You will configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 environments and manage data migration for financial reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Configure D365 environments based on functional design documents, including Chart of Accounts, Financial Dimensions, and Beginning Balances.
• Develop user training materials, UAT scripts, and financial reports to support system implementation.
• Assist in data transformation and migration to D365, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
• Provide ad hoc user training and support throughout all project phases to ensure smooth deployment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align system configurations with business requirements and industry standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 environments.
• Proven expertise in system configuration, data migration, and financial reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret functional design documents and develop training materials.
• Experience with governmental accounting principles (GASB standards & reporting is preferred).
• Ability to work remotely with occasional onsite travel for key project milestones.

Preferred Skills

• Demonstrated experience applying Governmental Accounting Standards Board (GASB) principles in D365 reporting.
• Strong communication skills for delivering effective user training and support.
