Description

You will design and architect cloud-oriented solutions for the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service module, translating business requirements into actionable technical implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery of implementations, including security, integration, and data migration.
• Perform feasibility assessments, planning, and testing while creating detailed technical documentation.
• Document and maintain governance documentation and architectural best practices.
• Analyze the impact of architectural decisions on solution strengths and weaknesses.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 CE/CRM solution design and development.
• Deep expertise in Dynamics 365 Field Services and Field Service RSO (Resource Scheduling Optimization).
• Proficiency in .NET, C#, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience creating Plugins, Workflows, and Custom Actions.
• Development experience in Azure.
• Hands-on experience with Data Migration and integrations within the Microsoft Ecosystem.
• Proven ability to design, build, and maintain large-scale enterprise applications and design patterns.

Education

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
