Description

You will manage the configuration, customization, and maintenance of Dynamics 365 F&O and CRM environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure modules, entities, workflows, and business rules to meet organizational requirements.
• Administer user roles, permissions, and data access levels to ensure security and compliance.
• Oversee data integration, import, and export processes.
• Monitor system health, troubleshoot performance issues, and ensure platform uptime.
• Test new features and upgrades before assisting with production deployments.

Required Skills

• 4-5 years of experience working with Dynamics 365 F&O and CRM.
• Hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 system configuration and customization.
• Proficiency in data integration and migration workflows.
• Experience managing user access and security permissions.
• Ability to troubleshoot system performance and technical issues.
• Background in testing and deploying software solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Document system processes and provide technical support or training to users.
