Description

You will lead the end-to-end implementation, customization, and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Manage project planning, timelines, resource allocation, and delivery.
• Oversee customization and configuration of Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and Finance modules.
• Mentor developers and consultants while providing technical guidance.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in MS Dynamics 365 (CRM/ERP) implementation and support.
• Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules including Sales, Customer Service, Finance & Operations, and Field Service.
• Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with Power Platform, specifically PowerApps and Power Automate.
• Experience with system integration using APIs and Azure services.
• Strong technical leadership and stakeholder communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications.
