Description

You will design and implement enterprise-scale CRM solutions, leading technical delivery from analysis through to implementation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of large-scale Dynamics 365 CRM projects.
• Interface with C-level executives and technical teams to align solutions with business goals.
• Implement complex integrations using Web Services, SQL, and PowerPlatform.
• Manage project delivery using Waterfall or Agile methodologies.
• Participate in pre-sales engagements to define technical scope.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in CRM analysis, design, and implementation.
• Hands-on expertise with Dynamics 365 and PowerPlatform.
• Proficiency in Web Services, SQL queries, and database tools.
• Experience with ETL tools such as SSIS or Scribe.
• Strong understanding of sales, marketing, and customer service business processes.
• Bachelor's Degree or 5+ years of demonstrable working experience.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Visual Studio (TFS, SSRS), Marketing Automation, and Business Intelligence.
• Knowledge of FetchXML, JavaScript frameworks, C#/ASP.NET, and web services.
• CRM integration experience with ERP applications such as Dynamics AX, Oracle, Sage, or SAP.
