You will act as a trusted adviser and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (ERP) – Supply Chain SME during client implementation projects.
Responsibilities
Own the overall technical solution strategy, architecture, design, and oversight for enhancing and extending Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations in implementation and support engagements.
Oversee complex demonstrations, including business value workshops, architectural design sessions, and proof of concept (POC) sessions, ensuring customers identify clear next steps.
Manage the overall project stage, including scope, timeline, budget, and resources.
Demonstrate strong proficiency in Supply Chain Management (Product Information Management, Inventory Management, Warehouse management, Transportation Management, and Manufacturing).
Provide functional expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (ERP) Supply Chain application during client site work.
Required Skills
8+ Years of experience in MS Dynamics 365.
8+ Years of experience in F&O.
5+ Years of experience with Supply Chain application.
15+ years total IT industry experience, including 5+ years architecting/solutioning/configuring MS Dynamics 365 F&O Supply Chain.
Proven track record of successful implementation projects.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
Stakeholder Management and change management skills.
Strong verbal and written communication and organizational abilities.
